Dr. Stella Amaechi
Oncologist at the Waco Cancer Center at Hillcrest
Dr. Stella Amaechi is a migrated Texan. She completed her medical training at Ross University school of Medicine. Following Medical school, she completed her three years of internal medicine residency in New Jersey in 2010. She subsequently proceeded with her Medical oncology fellowship 2011 at Drexel Hahnamann University in Pennsylvania. She began her practice in Abilene, Texas in 2014, and was able to earn her mark as the breast oncologist in that city. In 2019, she joined McClinton Cancer Center- Baylor Scott and White in Waco, Texas and continues with the opportunity to care for breast cancer patients.
She is board certified in Hematology and medical oncology. She is a fellow of the American Board of Internal Medicine. she also holds membership in American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and American Society of Hematology (ASH).
