Discover how young people under 25 become civil rights leaders through participating in the NAACP. The young adult supports the branch members through advocacy, creating mentorships for the younger ones, and being mentored by the adults in the branch. The young adult serves as a support bridge from Youth and College to Branch participation; we also provide networking and social opportunities for young adults in the local community;
We participate in all activities concerning youth and leadership within the branch and in the community.

Youth Works is for State/State-Area Conferences to develop and coordinate the programs of the Branch.
