NAACP Temple Branch will hold its 2024 Elections Monday, November 18, 2024 via Election Buddy provided by the National NAACP election Team. The time is between 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All paid members as of October 19th will receive a link via email or cell phone. Results will be sent to same phone number or email that evening.

Important Dates
October 18, 2024 - All Petitions should be turned into the nominating committee
October 28, 2024 -The slate of Officers and Committee Chairs will be selected and closed at the General meeting to be held at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church at 321 S 10th Street, Temple Texas 76501 (Door on side of building)
November 18, 2024 Election Day
- NATIONAL STAFF WILL ADMINISTER ALL BRANCH ELECTIONS
- Elections will be facilitated via Election Buddy
- Voting Members must have an email or smartphone with internet access

Candiate and Petition for Nomination Form
Please download form, obtain signatures and email to Branch Secretary to forward to the Nominating Committee Secretary
The form serves as two purposes, 1) to place your name to be considered for a position and 2) to nominated someone for a position.
Please use the same form if you want to be considered for the chair of one of the unit’s committees.
Note the dates of membership of good standing to complete the form.
Nominations by Petition
Additional nominations for Positions, if any, must be made by written petition, and signed by at least three members in good standing. For the purpose of signing a petition, the term “Member in Good Standing”, shall mean a member whose membership is current at least 30-days prior to the date he/she signed the petition. Nomination from the floor on October 28th At the time of nomination, each nominee must present a signed consent form to the secretary. If no signed form is presented, the nomination is considered null and void. Nomination shall not close until all who wish to nominate have had a chance to do so.
